上面當然是全部勾非常不滿意

其實我不知道這份問卷到底有多大用處
但是忍無可忍一定要寫出來

生藥實驗是相當奇怪的一個科目
掛名的老師只有在評鑑的那一周出現來上課
其餘的都是助教上課
結果該老師一上課就說"你們班很吵很不守規矩"
不是只來上過一次課嗎..
如何在一開始上課就說我們很吵?

唸PPT上課誰不會?
"槐花是未成熟的槐花"
有眼睛的人都看的到那是槐米不是槐花

不要把自己講的道貌岸然實際上連備課都做不到
不要身為教授在上課的時候還把PPT講稿嘟在眼前唸
叫學生不要臨時抱佛腳
自己是不是也是在評鑑到了才來上課?
如果教的好學生會有不聽的道理嗎?

例如像是藥理科的湯智昕老師
他上的課哪一堂出席率很差?
哪一堂大家不想聽?
如果每個老師都像他這樣會教我想大家根本不需要去補習

另外助教群也是莫名其妙
除了兩位女助教上的很優良以外
常常切片切到一半有問題問男助教
居然回答我說"疑我不知道這是什麼東西"
然後叫我們自己回去查

這究竟是屬於學生的自修功課還是屬於教師們的教導作業?
如果我會看切片我還需要來修這堂課嗎?

最可怕的是之後實驗課忽然出現一位來自於中資系的"助教"
自己在我們作實驗的時間
對班上女同學獻殷勤未獲注意
就跑去跟該科負責老師說我們甲乙班態度不佳

然後該科不備課不準備的老師更加令人匪夷所思
在未查清楚的狀況就可以直接指責我們

也許我們顯微鏡真的沒擦乾淨
老師是不是可以用另外的方法讓我們改進問題?
一進教室就批哩啪拉的大罵說你們藥學系的人不如中資系
中資系對你們很生氣說你們器材都沒有擦拭乾淨

身為老師是不是應該作為學生間溝通的橋樑
有沒有想過我們很多次打開器材也是未收拾乾淨只是我們沒有抱怨?
不做調節也罷
反而用搧風點火之勢
說著你們藥學系不如中資系
是非常樂見中資系跟藥學系交惡嗎?

另外在回到那位中資系的"助教"
剛來的第一天就到我們後面那組
看同學切片就說了一句
"啊你們連切片都不會切"
"這點你們藥學系就是比不上我們中資系"

對
你是很會切片沒錯
但是裡面的細胞內容物你沒有一個講的出來的
我們實驗的目的到底是要觀察細胞內容物還是只是做出漂亮的切片?
會切片確實很厲害
但是講話有必要這麼不尊重人嗎?
還是你要顯現出會切片的高尚?

接近期末部份同學因為選修課要去參觀藥廠
事前先請問男助教說是不是可以到丙丁班上課的時間補課
男助教也說OK

結果當天老師一進來
馬上就說為什麼可以不來上課
然後莫名的扣分

現在連助教與老師之間的溝通錯誤
罪過都要由學生承擔就是了
然後助教在老師講這些話時
竟然還完全不坑聲然後又變成我們的錯?
莫名其妙到一個極點


我們班或許很吵
但我想我們很認真的在切片
我們很盡力的在完成自己的本分

反觀助教與老師是不是用了你們權力的傲慢
不備課就來上課
唸PPT還可以唸錯
真的有盡到你們的責任嗎?

就像前面說的
一個老師不管教的好不好
總會有一些正面與負面的聲音
但是當負面的聲音遠大於正面的聲音時
是學生出了問題
還是教師群們自己出了問題?
